In 2005, searching among the most outstanding origins he had known, he found a unique terroir in Pumanque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2006, he participated as a partner in the planting of a 39-hectare vineyard. Starting in 2009, he began to manually make small quantities of wine, one or two barrels per year. For the first time, I had the chance to make a wine on a personal scale, whose spirit was a reflection of the place. Today there is a record of bottles of each of these vintages.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2015, together with Patricio G\u00f3mez-Barris, the third generation of a family of cork growers, they founded Vi\u00f1a DAGAZ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&quot;Dagaz&quot; is a Celtic rune that means &quot;the beginning of a new path&quot;, and reflects the new stage that they are beginning in their professional lives.
